
US Airways (LCC) has got a customer relations nightmare brewing. The airline has topped a ranking they would be prefer to be at the bottom of. The U.S. Department of Transportation reported that US Airways had the most complaints out of the top 20 airlines in the US.
With an average of 2.13 complaints for every 100,000 passengers, the Tempe, AZ based company ranked right at the bottom of the list. To compound the situation even more, the airline ranked number 1 for complaints between the beginning of this year and September "scoring" 3.43 complaints per 100,000 passengers.
But Star Alliance partner United Airlines did not fair as well either. They followed US Airways in most complaints for the year.
The Hawaiians know how to do it. Aloha Airlines did not registar one complaint with the Department of Transportation in the month of September.
