Passengers flying on Frontier Airlines (FRNT) will be able to watch the Colorado Rockies take on the Boston Red Sox even while flying thousands of miles away.
The Denver based airline struck a deal with DirecTV and other vendors to show the World Series game on their seatback entertainment system.
"It has taken a lot of coordination and effort ... to make this happen. We're so appreciative that we'll be able to show the games to our passengers," said Frontier spokesperson Joe Hodas.
Passengers will be able to see the games on Frontier Airlines' 60 mainline Airbus aircraft for $5.
JetBlue Airways will also be showing the games on their entertainment system as well.
Go Rockies!
