Australia's Virgin Blue Airlines has landed a new campus-style headquarters in Queensland. Virgin Blue will relocate from its current offices in Fortitude Valley to their new headquarters in 2008 when the project is expected to be completed.
The $61 million AU ($53.5 million) complex, yet to be named, is in Bowen Hills, just southwest of Brisbane's International Airport and still close to the CBD.
Virgin Blue CEO, Brett Godfrey said, "Since Virgin Blue was established in Brisbane in 1999 our operations and team have increased significantly. Needless to say we have more than outgrown our current premises."
Virgin continues to show their committment to Queensland and Australia by investing in the community.
