
Hiring has begun at Compass Airlines, Northwest Airline's newest regional carrier. Compass Airlines hopes is planning to hire 120 pilots and flight attendants and about 60 other employees.
"Compass will operate 36 new state-of-the-art Embraer 175 aircraft featuring dual class service, including 12 first class seats and 64 seats in coach," says their officially launched website.
Their website says that they hope to have 300 people working for the airline by the end of this year. Compass' initial flights will be operated with one 50-seat Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft on a twice daily route between Minneapolis (MSP) and Dulles International Airport (IAD) in Washington, DC.
