For those who work for American Airlines, the largest airline in the US, can be rewarded a free flight. American Airlines is sending out recognition certificates to customers with Executive Platinum, Platinum and Gold status to hand out to airline employees they feel are going beyond that extra bit to help the passengers. Those reward certificates could be worth a chance to win 25,000 miles –a free round-trip award ticket – in a monthly drawing. A hundred winners will be chosen monthly.
This is an excellent idea. This allows for American Airlines to improve on customer service all while showing their employees if they do work hard and provide that extra bit of attention to their passengers that they can be rewarded.
