The Denver based airline has taken the unusual step of sending out proposals to airports. The requests outline Frontier's expansion plans and ask interested cities to submit a host of information, including airport data, market analysis and details on how the community would support the service.
It is interesting that Frontier is only offering one daily flight from San Francisco to Las Vegas but then again if the airline can consistently fill that one flight it will make money. With the new flight out of SFO to LAS, California becomes the second largest market for Frontier, right behind their Denver hub.
