The Disney/ABC television program, The Path to 9/11, which began airing last night is inaccurate and irresponsible in its portrayal of the airport check-in events that occurred on the morning of September 11, 2001. Viewers are left to believe AA employees could have prevented this tragedy. That's simply not true and a disgraceful way to mark the 5th anniversary of one of the darkest days in American history.
I wish the writers and producers of this "docu-drama" would have brushed up on the facts. It is horrifying to me that they could have the audacity to actually imply blame?!!! And what gets me is that they wouldn't have to do much research to get the facts straight! It's as easy as a Google search.
