Glenn Tilton joined the airline as the CEO just months before they filed for bankruptcy protection in December of 2002. He has seen them through the entire process and saw them exit in February 2006. While seeing United through the bankruptcy process he has in-turned slashed salaries and benefits for the employees.
Tilton has turned around the company by marketing United Airlines as a premium economy airline but at what cost? Are the employees going to be happy about this? Let me know what you think. Do you work for United and have an opinion that you want to share. I personally think that he has done good for the airline and really bad for it too.
