JetBlue Launches New Service with New Aircraft
JetBlue Airways launches its nonstop flight between Washington, DC and Boston today with six daily roundtrips during the week and five roundtrips on weekends. The new nonstop service will be flown with JetBlue's new EMBRAER 190 100-seat aircraft, which features more than 100 channels of XM Satellite Radio. When combined with the airline's current offering of 36 channels of DIRECTV(r) programming, JetBlue will offer the most live entertainment options of any airline.

``Washingtonians and Bostonians travel between each other's cities more than any other destination.  JetBlue is the only low-fare airline between Washington-Dulles and Boston Logan airports," said David Neeleman, Chairman and CEO of JetBlue Airways.

JetBlue's service from Washington, DC increases to 16 daily departures with the start of new nonstop flights to Boston, the most popular destination for Washingtonians. JetBlue also serves the No. 2 (South Florida) and No. 3 (Southern California) most popular destinations for Washington residents, with nonstop service to Fort Lauderdale, FL and Long Beach, CA. Additionally, JetBlue serves San Diego, CA from Washington, DC.
